No physical items will be shipped.

  • Immediately on the order confirmation page

  • By email sent to the address provided at checkout

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. If you do not receive your files within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

3. Download Access

You may download your files directly through:

  • The email link you receive

  • Your Shopify order confirmation page

  • Your customer account (if applicable)

We recommend saving your files to a secure location.
If your download link expires or you lose access, contact us for assistance.
