Welcome to Murder She Wrote. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our digital murder mystery party kits (“Products”). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Product Only

All products sold on this website are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped. After purchase, you will receive access to downloadable files through email or your order confirmation page.

2. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the Product.

You may:

  • Download and print the materials for your own event.

  • Use the kit for one hosted event (unless otherwise stated).

You may not:

  • Share, resell, distribute, upload, or post the files online.

  • Modify or claim ownership of the materials.

  • Use the Product for commercial events without written permission from Murder She Wrote.

All content (text, artwork, characters, game materials) is protected under copyright law.

3. Refund Policy

Because our Products are digital and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

If you experience issues accessing your download, please contact us and we will assist you.

4. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • A valid email address at checkout

  • Software capable of opening PDF and/or ZIP files

  • A device that can download, save, and print the files

We are not responsible for failed downloads due to customer hardware, email settings, or storage limitations.

5. Event Safety & Fiction Disclaimer

Our murder mystery kits are fictional entertainment experiences.
Characters, events, and scenarios are not based on real individuals or true events.

Murder She Wrote is not responsible for:

  • Participant behavior during events

  • Injuries, damages, or disputes arising from gameplay

  • Misinterpretation of game instructions

Use the Product at your own discretion.

Some kits may contain themes unsuitable for younger audiences.
Please review product descriptions before purchase.

7. Payments & Taxes

All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your region.
